Financial Assistance Fund

Help Support Our Students & Families

We are excited to establish the Financial Assistance Fund for students in the Mason Band Program. This fund is being created specifically to support families with financial hardship by assisting with their participation and travel expenses in Mason Band.

With our upcoming 2024 Rose Parade® trip, costs for the 2023 Marching Band Season will be larger than usual and we want to provide an easy way for our friends, families & alumni to help. We are proud to have such a generous community to support our students in Mason Band.

How The Financial Assistance Fund Works:

  • Funds raised will be used to assist with student participation & travel costs for students who have financial need. 
  • Financial Assistance award decisions will be made in accordance with the Mason Band Boosters, Inc. Financial Assistance Application process (application available in the spring of each year). 
  • Funds granted to students with financial need are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  • If students granted assistance discontinue their participation or are otherwise unable to travel with Mason Band, any funds not committed/spent on their behalf will be returned to the Mason Band Boosters, Inc. Financial Assistance Fund.
