Group Panoramic & Section Photos:
The Marching Band Pano and Section photos will be taken on September 18th following the Heritage Day Parade. Families may order these photos from the order form link above.
What to Wear for Individual Portraits on 9-22 & 9-29:
- All instrumentalists will be wearing show uniforms (flight suits) and should plan to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment to dress.
- Guard members can have photos taken in their M Dress or show uniforms. For Guard members who want pictures in show uniforms, please schedule your appointment for Sept 29. If show uniforms are not in by then, we will reschedule your appointment to another date later in the season yet to be scheduled. We will communicate this prior to the 9/29 portrait date and you can make your decision to have their photo in their M Dress or wait for a future date (or both if you want).
Seniors will have an additional option to order portrait packages with their Senior Banner photos taken earlier in the season in their traditional uniforms. Seniors will need to make an appointment if they want to order pictures in their flight suits. No appointment is necessary for Seniors if you plan to only order pictures wearing their traditional uniform, from the Senior Banner photos taken earlier in the season.
If you need to reschedule your appointment (for a new time or day on either 9/22 or 9/29), please send an email to email@example.com with the new time you would like and we will try to accommodate you.
Cancellation & Refunds:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be provided for appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a $10 sitting fee and refunded the balance of your order.
If students are sick and cannot make their appointment due to illness and 24 hours notice is not feasible, you will receive a full refund if their appointment cannot be rescheduled.
All professional photo packages are optional. If you are not interested in ordering an individual portrait package and do not wish to order the annual Pano Full Band Photo or the Section Photo, there is no need to fill out the order form.

Marching Band Photo Book
Each year members of the photo corps create a Marching Band Memory Book which captures the year in review for our Marching Band families. The book begins with minicamp and includes band camp, rehearsals, games and all the way through to competitions & Grand Nationals. This keepsake is a great way for students and families to reflect on their year in Marching Band. Information on how to order will be available near the end of the season.
