President: Sam Gonzalez

The chief officer and spokesperson for the Mason Band Boosters presides over all meetings of the executive committee and general membership.  The president is responsible for ensuring committee tasks are completed in a timely, effective manner, with collaboration for seamless integration to achieve goals outlined for the program.
Kim Bishop

Recording Secretary: Kim Bishop

The Secretary (aka VP of Communications) is responsible for keeping the minutes of all executive and general membership meetings and posting to Charms for historical purposes.  The recording secretary also reserves facilities for booster meetings, band functions or other booster activities and distributes a weekly newsletter to members containing upcoming activities.

Angie Anthos

Treasurer: Angie Anthos

The treasurer is responsible for receiving and holding all funds of the general booster account for its safekeeping while maintaining accurate itemized accounting records. The treasurer prepares written monthly financial reports for the Executive Committee and files necessary reports to meet the legal requirements of the Internal Revenue Service. The treasurer is also responsible for ensuring expenses are paid in a timely and efficient manner.

Marianne Bakos

Vice President of Membership: Marianne Bakos

The Vice President of Membership is responsible for enhancing overall engagement and participation of general members in Booster-sponsored events and activities, including fundraising, volunteerism, and leadership. The VP of Membership also oversees the welcoming of new band families throughout their first year of the band program and ensures the seniors are fully celebrated in their last year in the program.

Melissa Woodward

Vice President of Student Experience: Melissa Woodward

The Vice President of Student Experience is responsible for planning and executing on campus student experiences such as Mini Camp and Summer Band Camp. The VP of Student Experience also oversees the training and recruitment of the Student Care team and ensures Chaperone & Band Aid support at longer rehearsals and events on campus. 
Krissy Hufnagel

Vice President of Fundraising: Krissy Hufnagel

The vice president of fundraising is responsible for developing and executing all major fundraising events for the Mason Band Program.  The VP of fundraising evaluates new ideas to identify rewarding programs that provide financial support for the success of the organization. 

Shannon Wielinga

Vice President of Travel:  Shannon Wielinga

The travel secretary works closely with the directors to determine the logistical needs for transporting both students and equipment for trips pursued by the Mason Band Program.  The travel secretary is responsible for booking the buses, hotels, arranging for caterers /food, chaperones and band aids to sufficiently cover the needs of the group under the timelines defined by the directors.

The Vice President of Marketing oversees the marketing and communication activities for the booster organization including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) as well as maintaining the content on
