Student Care Plans
We encourage you to submit a Student Care Plan (SCP) if the extended hours and overnight trips associated with participation in Mason Band programs may result in a need for care, even if that need does not require care during a typical school day. Some examples for which a Student Care Plan may apply are: ADHD, anxiety, asthma, autism, depression, diabetes, food allergies, migraines, Tourette’s and any other allergy, condition, or concern for which you would like to communicate in advance information about symptoms, care, and emergency action plans/medication for your student.
