Background Checks
Background checks are required for many of our volunteers. You will need to first determine what type of Background Check is required for your role.
Instant Checks
Mason Band Volunteers in Photo Corps, Pit Crew, and Uniform Crew are required to have Instant Background Checks.
Instant Checks are good are good for 5 years and cost $16. Please fill out this form: Request for instant Background check.
The cost is $16 through EZpay or cash/check can be sent in to central office (address below). Form will not be processed until payment is received. Ezpay will expedite the entire process.
Extended Checks
Extended Checks are required for our Mason Band Boosters Board of Directors and Band Aids. Additionally, Chaperones who travel and serve on overnight trips also are required to have Extended Background Checks.
Extended checks are good for 5 years and cost $50. Contact Sarah Jo Tewksbury to schedule an appointment.
