For your reference, the Mason Bands will be performing at the following times:

    • 8:30 am Concert Winds (small commons)
    • 11:00 am Symphonic Band (auditorium)
    • 7:00 pm MMS Symphonic Winds (small commons)
    • 9:20 pm Wind Symphony (auditorium)

Next Booster Parent Meeting: This Thursday, March 1st

Please join us for our next Booster Parent Meeting this Thursday at 7:00 pm in the band room. 

During this meeting, Mr. Protzman will be discussing the 2018 Marching Band Team! We would love for everyone to attend!

Urgent: Volunteers Still Needed!

Cincinnati Regional Concert Band Festival is this Saturday!

Mason Band Boosters is hosting the 2nd annual Cincinnati Regional Concert Band Festival this Saturday! The festival is affiliated with Music for All and is an opportunity for High School and Middle School concert bands to perform for and be evaluated by highly esteemed music educators. Thirty bands from around the region will attend this event, including a feature performance from the Bowling Green State University Wind Symphony. 

Many volunteers are needed to help with this event!   We need your help with tasks such as parking, concessions, ticket sales, ushers, band guides, hospitality, food donations and more.

Last year was a huge success thanks to all of our volunteers -- please consider helping us again! Any questions can be directed to musicfestival@masonbandboosters.com.

Marching Shoes

Attention all 2017 Marching Band instrumentalists who have not taken their marching shoes & personal items home. The U Crew is asking parents and students to please take them home after the HS Mid-Year Concert Band performances. 

Tables that are currently located in the Band Room hallway will be moved to the main hallway outside the band room and U Crew volunteers will be on-hand to assist. 

We are well beyond storage capacity in the uniform room and need all of these items taken home for safekeeping until next season. Also, personal items of any value are at risk of being lost or stolen.
