Concert Uniforms: Help Request

Our Concert Uniform Committee is in need of help with uniforms before the concert this Tuesday. If you are available, please arrive to the band room at 6:00 pm. Additional help will be needed on Tuesday, May 15, at 6:30 pm.

Photo Book Pick-up

If you have paid for your 2017 photo book, they will be available for pick up outside the Auditorium this Tuesday, May 1, between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm.

Car Wash: This Saturday - Volunteers Needed!

The car wash will take place this Saturday, May 5th from 10:00 am - 4: 00 pm, rain or shine.  It is required that all students involved in marching band participate. Students have received packets with additional information about the car wash. 

We will also need parents to supervise at each location. Each location has 3 available time slots for Parents to choose from.  Parents can sign up now on Charms.

2018 Marching Band Registration

Registration for students participating in Marching Band must be complete by May 13th. This includes both Charms and Final Forms online systems as well as new Health & Well Being forms. Registration Information Sessions have been scheduled on Thursday, May 3rd and Saturday, May 12th. We strongly encourage at least one parent/guardian to attend the session that best fits your schedule. There are a number of changes to the registration process this year including new forms for student Health & Well Being, Updates to Central Medications, and a new requirement this year for student physicals. Chromebooks will be available at each session (or bring your own device) so you can complete your online registration. Please see attached informationabout how to get fully registered and also refer to http://masonbands.com/pages/courses/default/11/ for all the information, help guides, and links to complete the registration process.

Thursday, May 3rd 6:30-7:30 pm (MHS Harvard Room - enter through front MHS Main Entrance and the Harvard room is just past the main lobby on the left)

Saturday, May 12th 10:00-11:00 am (MHS Band Room)
