Band Camp Donations
Marching is hard work and to keep our band students energized and hydrated during their upcoming Mini Camp & Band Camp events, our awesome band families have helped out each year with their annual snacks/refreshments donation drive in May.
New this year: We've made it super easy! Instead of running to the store and then delivering bulky items to school, you can simply click the link below to order directly. All donations will be shipped straight to us! Donation Link is Now Live: Order Donations Here
Ordering Tips:
- For the best experience, order from a computer, not a mobile device.
- If an item is "Unavailable," do not substitute it - we’ve chosen specific items for a reason.
- Avoid selecting "Subscribe & Save" to prevent recurring deliveries.
- Avoid selecting “This item is a gift” - no need for custom messages/gift bags.
- Prior to hitting the “Place Your Order” button, ensure “Mason Band Boosters - Mason, OH” address is selected.
Thank you for supporting our hardworking students—we couldn’t do it without you!.

Beautiful Music from Our Concert Bands
Congratulations to all our concert band students on their fantastic performances to cap off a wonderful year! Special congratulations to our two Concerto Competition Performers, Nini Harper and Henry Thomsen as well! Congratulations as well to Kieran Rodway for receiving the Louis Armstrong Jazz award and Nolan McTall for receiving the John Phillip Sousa Award.
It was a special occasion for our seniors in particular, as we celebrated their final concert band performance at Mason High School. We hope music continues to be part of their lives, whatever they do next.

Thank You After Prom Volunteers!
Once again, the Band’s Tattoo Parlor during After Prom was a huge hit! Thanks to everyone who helped provide a fun and safe event for our kids. Special thanks to Julie Chaney, who planned and designed the band’s portion of After Prom. We are very grateful she continues to serve so amazingly in this role!
Thank you to the set up crew, Julia Zhu, Alison Adduci, Robin Chavez - you did a fantastic job bringing the ‘70s back to life for our Disco Ink Tattoo Parlour! Tina Pedersen, Ann Wiesman, Dave Wiesman, Smita Ankola, Lauren Norfleet, Melissa Boyle, Kristi Cetti, Lauren Carson, Laura Minniear, and Christopher Minniear - thank you for staying up late with our kids when you could have just as easily stayed home. (Apologies to anyone I may have missed.) The smiles on the faces of the students throughout the night spoke volumes as to how much you were appreciated. We hope today you were all able to get some much deserved rest. Thank you also to all our Band families who helped out at other areas of After Prom - we appreciate everyone who stepped up to answer the call for volunteers!
We also appreciate those of you who donated the temporary tattoos.
Thanks to all of the students who stopped by our area. We enjoyed getting to spend a little time with you which made our evening a lot of fun.
