MB Instrumentalist Uniform Sizings – Sign Up on BoosterHub
It is time for Marching Band Competition Uniform Sizing for instrumentalists! This allows us to get everyone’s current size to order Competition Uniforms, as it takes some time to get them in. All instrumental marching band members (not color guard) who intend to march in the fall must come in to get sized. Please sign up on BoosterHub for a volunteer slot using the link below (you aren’t volunteering, just signing for your time slot). If parents sign up their marcher, please put the marcher’s name in the comments. There will be samples of summer uniforms, shoes, and jackets to try on that day to help parents know what sizes to order for consumable items.
Sign up on BoosterHub:
- Freshmen: Saturday, April 25 - 9:00am–1:00pm
- Upperclassmen: April 15, 22, 23 - 5:30–8:30pm
Fittings will be in the high school in the guitar room - enter in the band entrance at the back of the high school and walk straight down the hall. You’ll find us in a room on the left.
Color Guard uniform sizings and fittings will be done separately. Look for information coming soon.
Please contact the Uniform Crew at uniforms@masonbandboosters.com if you have any questions or concerns.
Note: There also will be two marching fittings in the fall - one for Classic uniforms, and one for Competition uniforms. During the fall fittings, marchers will try on the actual uniform pieces for fit and adjustment.
Nothing bundt Cakes
The numbers are in… it’s official… Mason loves cake!
Thank you to all the students, families, teachers, and staff whose hard work and dedication to the band made our 1st annual Nothing Bundt Cake fundraiser a success!
Special congratulations to our top sellers:

- 2nd place winner of a $30 JUKEBOX gift card is 6th-grade saxophonist Max Ronan Willi, who sold 68 cakes.
- 3rd place winner of a $30 JUKEBOX gift card is 6th-grade trombonist Levi Lillenstein, who sold 65 cakes.
- 4th place winner of a $30 JUKEBOX gift card is middle-schooler Lily Price, who sold 63 cakes.
We appreciate all the families who sold and ate bundt cake!
Fun facts: Mason’s favorite flavor is Chocolate Chocolate Chip, red velvet is a close second, and vanilla is a distant last! (GF flavors not considered in these totals)
REMINDERS
New Member Coffee Talk
New marching band parents (or returning parents who need help) are invited to attend our coffee talk this Wednesday, April 8, at 7pm in the MHS Staff Dinning Room.
We will go over registration and medical forms, and answer any questions about marching band and the upcoming season.
To get to the Staff Dining Room, enter the building through the music wing doors at the back of the High School. Walk straight down the hallway past the Band Room entrance, and past the hallway with the trophy cases. The Staff Dining Room is on the right just past that second hallway.
Instrument Fair for Fifth Graders
The 5th grade instrument fair is coming up soon on Saturday, April 11th. This is the day that the 5th grade students get to try instruments before 6th grade band!
We are looking for some high school student volunteers to assist the directors in helping a bunch of excited 5th graders try instruments.

After Prom - Help Needed!
Each year, Mason Band Boosters sponsors a temporary tattoo parlor at Mason’s After Prom. After Prom provides a safe space for students to continue to enjoy prom night and is held at the high school. The event this year is on Saturday, April 18th.
After Prom's theme this year is “Island Adventure” and our area will be transformed into a Dinosaur Valley.
We need your help to make this incredibly fun party a success! Every year we have a long line at our temporary tattoo parlor, so every year we need to restock our tattoo selection. You can see the most popular tattoos and choose ones to donate off our Amazon Wishlist here. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far - only a few items still needed!
We are in urgent need of volunteers to work the second shift of the tattoo parlor during After Prom. While it's a late night it is so much fun and the students are all appreciative of the experience. Volunteer shifts are now posted in BoosterHub.
Spring Concerts Are Coming Up Soon!
As a reminder, spring concerts are coming up in just a few weeks! Attire for students can be found in the info from earlier this Year: ATTIRE. Students will be provided with a bow tie upon arrival. This concert will feature our senior recognition as part of the performances. The itinerary can be found below:

We are currently looking for volunteers to shadow the role of Medical Secretary for the upcoming 2026 Marching Band Season. Please contact Sally McDonald, our current Medical Secretary for more information at medicalsecretary@masonbandboosters.com.
Beacon Physicals
Mason Bands sponsor Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is offering walk-in sports physicals on Saturday, May 30, from 8-11am for $20 at their Summit Woods location in Sharonville. (Note that this event is after Mini Band Camp.) Click here for the flyer.
All marching band students must have a current physical on file to participate. If your marcher’s physical expires after Mini Band Camp and before the end of the marching season, this is an easy way to complete that.
