9/7 Rehearsal Change

9/7 SATURDAY REHEARSAL CHANGE

The forecast for tomorrow shows rain all day long. To ensure that the rain does not cause us to get behind schedule, we have secured Wall2Wall Soccer in Mason to practice in for the afternoon. There are a couple of logistical challenges with this location change, but we appreciate everyone’s help to make it work.

As you can see in the schedule below, we will practice at MHS in the morning, have an extended lunch and travel break, and then practice at Wall2Wall in the afternoon. Lunch tomorrow is a Feed The Band provided by Quatman’s. Students are also always welcome to pack or have food brought to them. In addition, transportation to Wall2Wall is not provided. Students will be responsible for securing transportation for themselves and their equipment. This can be by driving themselves, parents picking them up, or securing a ride with another member or band parent. This can be a challenge for some of our bigger instruments, so if you have a larger car, it is helpful if you check in with other students and parents in their section to see if they need help. It takes a village!

Everyone report to MHS.

Brass/WW/Percussion will have Music rehearsal inside.

Color Guard will practice in Large Commons.

11:30AM-1:00PM

Lunch Break & Move to Wall2Wall

Lunch is a Feed the Band provided by Quatman’s at 11:30 AM.

Students should eat at MHS at 11:30 AM, and then proceed to Wall2Wall

Front Ensemble will stay at the High School.

Brass/Woodwinds/Battery/Color Guard will move to Wall2Wall

Transportation is not provided.

Front Ensemble = Rehearsal at MHS Band Room
