Mid-States Band Association Open Class Championships

Mason is proud to host the 2023 Mid-States Band Association Class AAAAA Championships.  The competition will be held at Beacon/TriHealth Stadium, which is on the campus of Mason Middle School, adjacent to Mason High School.

Event T-Shirt

Shirts will be available for purchase on the day of the event for $20 each.

The back of the shirt will feature the event name, date, location & the name of every participating Marching Band.

Gates Open: The ticket office and gates will open at 5:30pm.

Spectator Parking

• Spectator parking is at Mason High School, north of the stadium. Those who are part of their band's pit crew should park at Mason Intermediate and meet their director behind Mason Middle School to receive your pit crew wrist band and help unload your band's trucks.  Wrist bands will be checked prior to admission on the with the band in the staging area.
• Preferred parking closer to the stadium is available for $10.00, all other parking is free.
• Disabled parking for properly identified vehicles is available across from the stadium entrance.

Concessions

Two concession stands will be operating and will accept cash or credit. Concessions will be open with a variety of foods such as pizza, burgers, hot dogs, chips, snacks, candy, Bottle Water, Soda (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite), Powerade, Lemonade, Hot Cocoa, and Coffee. We will also have a Mason Bands Bake Sale booth.

Photos & Video Recording

We are pleased to be able to offer Event images captured by our Mason Band Photo Corps. Access images by following this link. The password to view these images will be shared with your band director in their welcome packet, or on signage at the event. 

All images in the event galleries are available for purchase as photo prints or on a variety of photo gifts. Pricing details on website.

Cameras and recording equipment are permitted, but please be respectful of those around you by not blocking their viewing.  The movement inside the stadium will be restricted during band performances.  Please respect fellow spectators by setting mobile phones to silent or vibrate.
