12:00-12:45 pm: Lunch (need to bring a packed lunch, students may not leave campus)
4:00-4:45 pm: Dinner (Chick-fil-A Sandwiches-alternatives
available for students with dietary needs; students may bring dinner or have one dropped off if they prefer)
4:45-5:30 pm: Performance Prep(Change into uniforms)
5:30 pm: Band Meeting: Small Commons
6:00 pm: Buses Depart:
7:00-9:00 pm: Centerville Warmup Flow
9:00 pm: MASON PERFORMANCE
9:45 pm: Awards
11:30 pm: Return to Mason (ETA)
What to bring Saturday
-Rehearsal Gear (Instrument,Music, etc) and Warm Clothes for Outside
-Water Jug for Rehearsal
-Performance Clothes (warm layer you wear under your uniform)
-Warm Coat/Hat/Gloves to bring on the school bus and wear after the performance
-Optional: Hand Warmers (we will be outside over 2 hours in the performance rotation)
We hope families and friends will travel to Centerville to cheer on the Band! The attached pdf has the competition schedule, venue map and directions.
Venue: Centerville High School Stadium (500 E. Franklin Street, Centerville, Oh 45459)
Parking: Free on site
Tickets: $10 General Admission; $9 Seniors and Military; Free for Children under 6

Students will travel by school bus to and from the competition. Students should bring a warm coat/gloves/hat that they can put over their uniform after the performance at Centerville as the band will not have time to change and plans to stay outside for the final awards.
If your student will not be riding on the bus home from Centerville: the Travel Waiver Google Form must be completed by today (Wednesday). Please complete the form at the link below and bring the signed travel waiver with you to Centerville. This is a new travel waiver process.
Students with travel waivers will be dismissed by the buses after awards. If weather changes the plan, we will send a message via Remind with updates.
