Wall2Wall Rehearsals this Week

All marching band rehearsals this week will be at Wall2Wall. We will have two school buses to transport students from the High School to Wall2Wall, however, we encourage everyone to make transportation arrangements to get there on their own if at all possible.


Grand Nationals Travel Briefing & Booster Meeting: Thursday

Please plan on joining us this Thursday at 7:00 pm in the HS Band Room, for a Grand Nationals Travel briefing, followed by our Booster Meeting. We encourage one family member for each student traveler to join us for  this important meeting!


Friday Night Football

There is a football playoff game this Friday, and the band will attend! More information will be released soon.


MSBA Championships: Sign up to Volunteer

The MSBA Championship is this Saturday, November 3. Sign-ups for volunteer shifts are now available in Charms (LINK)!  There are still around 65 shifts to be filled, along with 58 hospitality food item and kind-cash donations!


We will also be accepting bake sale donations - please see attached flyer!


As a reminder, every family is required to volunteer for this event.


While we appreciate and are thankful to everyone who will be bringing hospitality food items to the MSBA Championship, supplying food does not satisfy the volunteer requirement for the day.  If you have any questions regarding the MSBA Championship, please contact

Medication Drop off for Grand Nationals

If your student takes any form of medication, OTC (over the counter) or Rx (prescription), please read the below carefully for information you need to know about medication for our Grand Nationals trip.


OTC Medication

We encourage parents/guardians to provide access to our central supply of 3 typical OTC medications if your student has ever needed one of these medications in the past: ibuprofen, acetaminophen, benadryl. You can check the status of your student’s access to central OTC medication in Charms in the Central OTC field on the student profile. You will find links to partially filled DMS forms at the bottom of this message which can be submitted electronically.



As-Needed or Scheduled Medication

If your student takes medication that is not centrally provided, you must submit DMS form(s) and the associated medication(s) during one of our Medication Drop Off events. Please sign up in Charms for an appointment during one of these below times. Click this link to login to charms:

  • Monday 10/29 5:30 to 6:30 pm in W2W in Lobby

  • Saturday 11/3 10:00 am - noon at MHS (specific room location TBD)


Below is a link to a blank DMS form. You must bring a completed DMS form for each medication and remember all DMS forms need both a doctor and parent/guardian signature.



Important Reminders about Medication:

1.    If you have already submitted DMS forms and medication, we will bring that medication with us for your student. If you need to ‘refill’ one of these medications, please sign up for Medication Drop Off in Charms.

2.    Bring only the amount of medication that needs to be administered (do not send a full month’s supply of your student’s prescription medication).

3.    Bring medication in the smallest size package possible:

a.    Rx medication must have prescription label

b.    OTC medication must be in original container (please buy a small one)

4.    Please make a copy of your forms for your records before you turn them in.

New Year’s Eve Celebration

Join us for a relaxing fun filled night out in Mason!

We've partnered with Basil's on Market to host a New Year's Eve celebration to remember!  It includes a delicious dinner, live music and a champagne toast to welcome 2019.  It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our amazing season as well as the ability to connect with friends, neighbors and the community at large all while earning proceeds to jumpstart music education for our students.  Please share the flyer and link with your contacts and through social media.
