STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS AND DONATIONS FOR THE MASON INVITATIONAL 10/9

We still have volunteer slots available for the Mason Invitational on 10/9.  We need all marching band families to volunteer in order to make this event a success.  As a gentle reminder each family agreed at the beginning of the year to work at least one shift of the Invitational.  Thank you to everyone who has already signed up!

For those of you who have not signed up yet, you may do so through Charms.  The following is a list of the links to sign up for areas that still have open spots.  Job descriptions can be found there as well.  Most positions will still allow you to watch Mason perform even if it is the last shift. We especially need volunteers from 6-9pm.  We are also in desperate need of monetary and food/drink donations.  Please see below for more details on how to donate as well.

SMUG MUG PHOTOS - CHECK THEM OUT!

PLEASE KEEP STUDENT PHYSICALS CURRENT ALL SEASON

If your student’s physical expires in Final Forms, they will not be able to participate.  Please pay attention and act when you receive notifications from Final Forms as well as our Registration Coordinator,  Jennifer Weaver.   We are having to invest significant time to track down students and families not keeping up with their physicals.   If your physical expires during the season, your student is not able to participate in Marching Band rehearsals, football games, or events until a current physical with clearance to participate is uploaded. Make sure to download the PPE physician form prior to your student’s annual well check or if you need to get one done quickly,  there are several options nearby such as Kroger Little Clinic, CVS Minute Clinic, etc.  Remember after the physical, you must upload the new physical to Final Forms.

Refer to the 'how to' guide here for the details about downloading and uploading to Final Forms. If you have any questions, email registration@MasonBandBoosters.com.
