You are cordially invited to attend the 2018 Marching Band Awards Banquet as we recognize students for their outstanding season. Please feel free to invite Grandparents or other family members who may enjoy celebrating with our band family. The evening will begin promptly at 6:00 pm with light refreshments served immediately following the video.
The photo committee will have a table near the entrance to the auditorium to distribute panoramic and sectional photo orders. If you are unable to pick up during this timeframe, please notify email@example.com to make alternative arrangements.
To ensure every family receives a copy of the season finale program, one will be placed in each student’s individual awards package. You may purchase additional copies at the price of $3.00. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of additional copies you would like to purchase.
As needed medication used during Marching Band season will be available for pick-up at the awards ceremony. Students participating in Winter Guard or Wind Symphony may choose to leave their as-needed medications with Band Aids to use throughout the winter/spring traveling programs.
Wind Symphony Spring Travel Payment Reminder
Families of students in Wind Symphony, a reminder your first $200 payment for Spring Travel was due 11/12; the second payment of $300 is due 12/12. Recognizing this busy season, please submit the first $200 payment no later than this Wednesday (11/28). Checks should be made payable to Mason Band Boosters and include your student in the memo line. Students may drop off payment in the Band Drop Box or to the directors. If you have any questions, please forward them to Mindy Patton at email@example.com.
Fall Fundraiser - Volunteers Still Needed!
We need volunteers to come help with our Fall Fundraiser Pick Up date on Thursday 12/6 from either 3:45 – 5:30 pm or 5:45 - 9:00 pm.
The 3:45-5:30 pm shift will help organize the products to get ready for pick up. The 5:45-9:00 pm shift will help distribute the orders to the band families.

New Year’s Eve Celebration
Join us for a relaxing fun filled night out in Mason!
We've partnered with Basil's on Market to host a New Year's Eve celebration to remember! It includes a delicious dinner, live music and a champagne toast to welcome 2019. It is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our amazing season as well as the ability to connect with friends, neighbors and the community at large all while earning proceeds to jumpstart music education for our students.
