  • Marching Band Awards Ceremony 6:30pm; High School Auditorium

Friday, December 3 

  • Poinsettia Pick Up - 5:30 - 8:00 -  MMS Performing Arts Entrance
  • Wind Symphony/Symphonic Band Concert Band Camp:  3:00pm -8:30pm

 

Saturday, December 4

  • Poinsettia Pick Up - 10:00 AM - Noon -  MMS Performing Arts Entrance
  • Wind Symphony/Symphonic Band Concert Band Camp: 12:30-8:00 pm

POINSETTIA SALE

Poinsettia Sale Dates:  Today - 11/26 at 5:00 PM

Colors: 6.5” potted poinsettias in red, pink, marble (pink and white mix), and burgundy

Cost:  $12

Pickup:  Friday the 3rd 5:30-8 and Saturday the 4th - from 10-12. 

Delivery:  $15

Teacher Thank you Special:  Poinsettia + $10 Starbucks or Chipotle Giftcard delivered directly to your teacher's desk for $25.

MARCHING BAND AWARDS NIGHT NOVEMBER 30TH

Please join us November 30th at 6:30pm for this year’s marching band awards night.  This will be a fun evening to celebrate each band member's achievements throughout the marching band season and to reminisce on all of the amazing moments we have all shared together.  You won’t want to miss it! The event will take place in the High School Auditorium.  

 

Volunteers needed:  We are in need of volunteers to help with setting up, serving cookies, and cleaning up before and after our awards ceremony.  We would also appreciate donations of individually wrapped cookies and water.  More information and sign-ups can be found via the links below.  Donations can be dropped off prior to the start of the program from 4:15pm - 6:15pm in the large commons.  Please contact Kim Bishop at secretary@masonbandboosters.com with any questions.  Thanks in advance for helping us have a fun night!

MEDICATION PICKUP AT AWARDS NIGHT

For those who turned in medication for the marching season, parents/guardians can pick up their student’s medication at awards night. Please arrive a few minutes early - we will have a table setup outside of the auditorium. If your student will be participating in Winter Guard or is part of a Concert Band group that will be traveling (Wind Symphony or Symphonic Band), you can leave medication with us. Our final medication pickup for the year will be after the 2022 Mini Band Camp in June.

ORDER YOUR TOP GUN MARCHING BAND MEMORY BOOK NOW!

Memory Books are $50 each. Order HERE by Nov 30th. Each year, a group of talented parents prepare a Memory Book that captures all the amazing moments of our season using SmugMug photos from our dedicated Photo Corps parent/alumni volunteers. This year’s book has 77 pages filled with all the wonderful moments throughout the season from Mini-Camp, History Night, Rehearsals, Parades, Football Games, Competitions, Sections & Seniors, Grand Nationals & more! Books will be sent to the printer on 12/1 and we hope (but cannot promise) to have them ready for pickup before the holiday break. We’ll share updates on pick up timing in the Band Notes & Facebook Parent/Families Group.

PANO/SECTION PHOTO UPDATE

For those who ordered Pano/Section photos, we hope to have Section Photos ready for pickup on Awards Night. The Pano photo frames are delayed and those photos won't be ready for pickup until January. We will keep you updated in the Band Notes.

Dine and Donate - December 8, 2021, 3:00PM - 8:00PM

An easy way to support our band and feed your family during the busy month of December!   You need only mention the band boosters or hand them this flyer and the band will receive 15% of all proceeds!

FUTURE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED

We are looking for leaders passionate about our program to help lead our Boosters organization into the future!  We will have several openings on our Executive committee due to parents who will be “graduating” with their Seniors.  If you think you would like to become more involved and bring new ideas to our team, please reach out to Shannon Wielinga at president@masonbandboosters.com or any current Executive Committee member to discuss.  We would love to talk to you!
