MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES AVAILABLE OVER THE SUMMER

**PLEASE NOTE**  If your child is at immediate risk for harm to self or others, call 911 or take them to the nearest emergency room.

NEXT MARCHING BAND 2021 REGISTRATION STEPS

Reminder:   The Consumable Fee, due to Mason Band Boosters, is PAST due.  The first student experience fee is due July 1st.  You may pay for both the Consumable fee and the first experience fee via credit card on Charms.  You can learn more about how to pay the fees in the following link: How to Pay Band Fees.    Students must be current on the Consumable Fee to participate in Guard and Percussion Camp and Movement Clinics! 

 

Please make sure your student’s PPE Physical is current in Final Forms by July 20th. If your student does not have a current physical on file by July 20th, they will not be able to participate.

MARCHING BAND REMIND GROUPS

In addition to our weekly emails, there will be Remind groups available for this season, for each section of the band and parents within that section. These text updates will be used for rehearsal updates, changes due to weather, travel/arrival updates, and any other last minute information that is important.

REMINDER TO REVIEW 2ND BYLAWS PROPOSAL

Last week the second bylaw proposal was emailed out to all band families.  Please take the time to review them prior to our next general booster meeting in July.  We will be voting on the bylaws at that time.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the bylaws, please contact secretary@masonbandboosters.com or any of the Executive Committee members.
