Upcoming Events

Monday, August 10

  • MB Full Band, 1-9pm (arrival and wellness checks begins at 1pm)

Note:  Students may not park in the Music Lot Monday due to the district painting the lot.  Students should park in the lot on the other side of the bus circle near A&B Pod.   Drop-off will likely need to happen in that lot, too.   


Tuesday, August 11

  • MB Full Band, 1-9pm (arrival and wellness checks begins at 1pm)


Friday, August 14

  • MB Full Band, 3:15-6:15pm (arrival and wellness checks begin at 2:30pm) - Email will be sent with NEW arrival/wellness screening procedures


Saturday, August 15

  • MB Full Band, 1-9pm (arrival and wellness checks begin at 1pm)

Please have a piece of paper with your last name on it placed in your windshield. Students and their driver (if driven by someone) must be wearing a mask for the student to receive their Temperature Check and Symptom Questionnaire.  Monday students will be checked to ensure they are in good financial standing.  If they are not, they will have to have a financial check-in

On Friday 8/7, Mr. Protzman hosted a parent meeting on Zoom highlighting important updates to the 2020 Marching Band schedule and financial obligations.   If you missed the meeting, a link to the presentation and Marching Band 2020 Recommitment form was emailed to each family on Friday evening. As outlined in the meeting, each student/family is asked to complete the Marching Band Recommitment Form by Tuesday, August 11th.    We will wait until everyone has had the opportunity to submit the Recommitment Form before processing student refunds and applying consumable fee credits.  We anticipate starting that process the week of August 17th.

If you would like to have your uniform for your senior pictures, contact Mrs.Corey at  Give me the date you want your uniform and I’ll let you know the sign out procedure. 


Junior and Sophomore Returning Marchers 

If you haven’t already done so, please sign up for your uniform fitting.  ALL RETURNING MARCHERS NEED A UNIFORM FITTING!  Sign ups are in Charms > Volunteers > Junior/Sophomore Fittings. Dates are on 8/10 and 8/11. Juniors and sophomores who are NEW marchers, please wait for NEW MARCHER fittings.


Freshmen/New Marchers

For those who were not fitted on Saturday, please be on the lookout this week for an email announcing additional fitting dates.


Uniform Fitting COVID Procedures

In order to comply with Covid mandates and procedures, please also note the following:

  • You must have a mask and you will need to wear it for the entirety of your fitting
  • Only the marcher may enter the building.  
  • We will have someone monitoring arrivals and doing Covid screenings.
  • Because of our stringent safety practices, it is possible you may have to come back for a second session if the piece you need happens to be out for cleaning.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we adapt our processes in an effort to create a safe and healthy environment for everyone, and still make sure all marchers look fantastic for this unusual season.
