We still need a few more parents to volunteer during Band Camp. Please sign up in Charms if you are available to help!

 

Mason Food Pantry Donations

Our community has generously supported us on Tag Day, and supporting the Mason Food Pantry is a great way for the band to give back to our community. Monetary donations for the food pantry will be collected through the second week of camp.  The section that collects the most money per person will receive a special treat!  

 

From the Uniform Crew

Dress Uniform Fittings have finished. Many thanks to everyone who volunteered to get marchers fitted, and to all the Rack Captains who stepped in to assist as well! If you still haven’t had your uniform fitting, please email the U-crew to make arrangements for one!!!

 

Summer Uniforms look great! Some people ordered shorts too late to receive them for Tag Day. A very few were just not delivered in time. Those will be available this week. Look for a Remind message with details on picking those up. If you still haven’t ordered your shorts the FINAL order will be placed at the end of this week. Please place any orders for polos and/or shorts in Charms by Friday 8/9. 

 

Any returning marchers who still need to drop off shoes and/or socks to their garment bags to may do so Monday or Wednesday at the beginning of the SECOND rehearsal (before 6:00).

Lincoln Nautilus Car Raffle

Raffle tickets will be sold July through October 12th with the actual raffle taking place at the Mason Invitational.  You can review all the details on our website at https://www.masonbands.com/boosters/fundraising/car-raffle

 

Each family is encouraged to sell tickets to friends, neighbors and co-workers.  Pick up tickets this Thursday at the Finance table!
