VOLUNTEERS AND DONATIONS NEEDED FOR AFTER PROM

A small team of parents have plans underway for the band’s sponsored section of After Prom. This year’s After Prom theme is “Let’s Go To The Movies”. The band boosters will be running the “Danger Zone” tattoo parlor.  We are in need of student and parent volunteers to set up and decorate our space on Friday, April 22.  We  will also need parents to run the band’s tattoo shop during After Prom on Saturday, April 23.  In case you cannot volunteer your time, we could also use donations of cash and/or supplies. Monetary donations will be used to purchase needed items and decorations.  Please note that donations made here will be used in the band booster sponsored area only.  We do not receive funds collected by the PTO to support the space we sponsor. Please help us to make this a great event for our well deserving Juniors and Seniors!

  • To volunteer to help set up Friday click here.
  • To volunteer during after prom on Saturday click here.
  • To donate needed supplies click here. In addition, if any of you have any fun Top Gun Posters or decorations we could borrow, please email Kim Bishop at the address below.  We will return all borrowed items after the event.
  • Monetary donations can be made online here.

Thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide.  It promises to be a fun night!!  Please email secretary@masonbandboosters.com  with any questions you may have.
