
Are you new to the Pit Crew or are you an old pit crew "Roadie"? Either way, you've found the right place. This section will be dedicated to eveything you need to know about the when, where and what of Pit Crew. Check back often as we are just getting this section up and running!
The planning for the BOA event here on October 1 is well under way, and I have been given the jobs of Bus Parking AND Tear Down. Which means I’ll probably be at this event almost the whole day, Lucky Me.
KEEP IN MIND, WE WILL ALSO BE HELPING THE BAND GET ITS STUFF TO THE FIELD, ON THE FIELD, AND BACK TO THE BAND ROOM FOR THEIR PERFORMANCE IN THE COMPETITION……….2 TIMES (PRELIM AND FINALS), SINCE THEY’RE GOING TO WIN THIS THING! SO WE’LL NEED TO HAVE A CORE WHO WILL BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY TO ASSIST THE BAND FOR THE COMPETITION. THE SCHEDULE FOR THE PLAYING TIMES IS STILL NOT COMPLETED. (sounds like there are about 16 bands signed up thus far for the competition.)
Here is what’s needed:
8:00AM – 9:30AM
~ 11:00AM Performance - EMAIL ME IF YOU CAN HELP FOR THE 11AM PERFORMANCE
9:30AM – 1:00PM (Names on this shift won't be helping on the Pit Crew for the 11:00 am performance)
1:00PM – 3:00PM
3:00PM – 5:00PM
5:00PM – 10:00PM (Names on this shift won't be helping on the Pit Crew for the evening Finals performance)
