The long lines of traffic and orange barrels didn't stop the William Mason High School Marching Band from getting to the BOA Super Regional in St. Louis - and leaving its mark, along with a few snowflakes!
Out of 52 bands from across the country, Mason placed fourth in Preliminary competition with a score of 85.65 and clinched a spot in Finals along with 13 other top bands. In Finals competition, Mason placed fifth, with a score of 79.75.
"I was unbelievably proud of the students during their performances in St. Louis," shared Director Bob Bass. "They captured the spirit and atmosphere of our show, A Winter's Solstice. Their passion and talent came through as they performed for themselves and for the audience."
