Winter Percussion: 6:00 pm

Final Forms Registration: 6:30 pm in the Guitar Room (D102) immediately preceding the Booster meeting

Band Booster Meeting: 7:30 pm

Friday, May 5

    Leadership Clinic: 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm

        All members who submitted an application should attend.

Saturday, May 6

    Car Wash: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

WE NEED PARENT SUPPORT!  There are a number of spots still open – we need parent supervisors to ensure our students are safe.  This is a fun event – please consider spending a couple of hours with some VERY COOL band kids next Saturday.  Sign up in Charms or email Bob Johnson at

Flower Sale

Thank you to all the students (and parent helpers) in collecting those flower orders!   

The pickup date for all orders will be on Saturday, May 13th from 9am until 12:00 in the Small Commons.  We are still in need of volunteers to help unload the truck and organize flowers the afternoon of May 12th and several to help distribute flowers the morning of May 13th.  Please sign up in Charms for a volunteer time slot that works for you!  If you have any questions, please contact Lynne Wilkinson ( and 513.289.2485)

Marching Band 2017 Final Forms and Charms Registration - Required for All Members

Hello Marching Band Parents,

We are very excited to be rolling out our new registration process that will include Final Forms permission and medical forms and personal updates in Charms!  This will eliminate the need for all of those paper forms you have had to fill out in the past!

The process is somewhat confusing as it is the first time we will be doing this.  Because of that we are asking that ALL 8th GRADE PARENTS and any other parents who have not completed their online registration attend a forms meeting to walk you through both the Final Forms process and the Charms update process.
