Forms, Workshops and Kroger Rewards!

If your returning Band or Guard Member has not yet received their packet of forms, please watch for them to come home soon.  Band student packets were handed out in class and Guard should have received theirs at rehearsal.

NEW Members regardless of your grade, you will receive your packet at the Forms Workshop that you signed up to attend. 

If you have not yet signed up, PLEASE do so in Charms.  PLEASE email charmsadmin@masonbandboosters.com if you are having problems logging in or signing up.  Refer to an earlier email with detailed instructions.

Forms Workshop Dates:

TOMORROW Thursday, April 28th 6:30-7:30pm, High School Guitar Room

Monday, May 2nd 6:30-7:30pm, High School Band Room

Saturday, May 7th 10:30-11:30am, High School Band Room

When completing your forms there is no need to make a change to your student’s grade as it reflects the current school year and will be updated at the end of this school year.

PLEASE make changes on the Data Corrections Form using a Colored Pen, use BLACK or BLUE ink on all other forms in the packet.  It may be easier to continue with that Red pen, but it is more difficult to read on all permission slips etc..

Keep the packet intact and return to your Band director or the Drop Box NOT LATER THAN Friday, May 13th.
