The Mason Marching Band has signed up for a new service to allow better communication of information to students and parents. The service is called One Call Now, which is a telephone message delivery system. Some of you may be familiar with this service from sport leagues or scouts. The service calls your phone number and plays a pre-recorded message with information relative to your son/daughter.

With this system, the band directors will be able to let parents and students know of changes to practices, arrival times, and cancellation of practice, event, or other important information that is critical to inform everyone in a quick fashion. The system will also be used to let parents know of arrival times to pick up students after away competitions, football games and scores and outcomes of competitions if they could not personally attend.

To Replay Recent Band Messages
You may replay recent One Call Now messages from any phone at any time. Here’s all you have to do:

• Dial 1-877-698-3261 from any touch tone phone.

• At the greeting, press 1 and enter your phone number (including area code) that One Call Now normally calls to deliver messages to you.

• Continue following the recorded instructions to hear the most recent message or previous messages.

• You may list 2 phone numbers per band family.

Full participation is needed for the system to be effective so we will automatically sign you up with the telephone number listed on your marching band commitment card. This phone number will also be listed in the "Green Book Marching Band Roster and Database." Each family is allowed to have 2 phone numbers listed. Please fill out the online form below if you wish to change the phone number to be notified to a cell phone, work phone, etc. or to add an additional number.
